The journey of pregnancy, birth, and the weeks following is one of powerful transformation. It is my passion to provide families with support—both emotional and physical—along with the information & tools needed to make confident, empowered decisions each step of the way. Working as a doula since 2015, my focus has been serving families compassionately and without judgement as they navigate their own unique paths through pregnancy, birth and the newborn days.
Sandra Crawford is a DONA Cerified Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Evidence Based Birth® Instructor serving families of Charlottesville, Culpeper & surrounding areas of Virginia.
It is my goal to ensure that you are well prepared to enter
